Return & Exchange Policy

 

All non-embroidered items have a 30 day money back guarantee from the time of delivery. ALL ITEMS MUST NOT BEEN USED AND/OR LAUNDERED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

All products must be inspected prior to custimization. No claims will be accepted for products that have already been embroidered or printed by customer.

To return or exchange an item, please email us at support@chakirlinen, so that we may issue a RA form and provide you with return instructions. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS FOR RETURN ITEMS UNLESS UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NEVER REFUNDED WHEN PROCESSING RETURNS. 

 

Returns are subject to 20% restocking charge and must be shipped pre-paid by customer.

 

Cancelling/Adjusting Orders:

 

For cancelling or adjusting orders, please contact us at (714) 957-1596 or at support@chakirlinen immediately. 

Once an order has been shipped out or in the process of being embroidered, it cannot be cancelled or adjusted. 

 

Wholesalers:

 

For resellers or wholesalers located in California, please fill out the Seller’s Permit Form listed below for tax exemptions and send it to us.

Seller's Permit Form

Be advised that the Seller’s Permit Form must be updated every year and re-sent to us, for tax purposes. We will not accept and utilize a Seller’s Permit Form  until it has been updated and resent.
